We currently cover 17 languages - lowest performer currently is Danish

Proposal by Omar for OEP-58: openedx/openedx-atlas#44

-Feedback: below 50% review rate should not be included, unless translation rate is above 50%

openedxtranslations project should still continue the use of country codes with the integration of a simlink strategy to pull similar translations.

@sambapete do you believe that a simlink strategy should be a native feature in Atlas?

@sambapete I've added an issue specific to the Account MFE:

Which addresses the specific concern of matching the Dark Lang configuration in Open edX with the Account MFE.
