Fix mocks and drop bingo in favor of go tool

Add a few missing Interfaces to mockery config after the pkg/storage/utils/decomposedfs -> pkg/storage/pkg/decomposedfs move. Also remove a few unused mocks.
With version 1.24.0 go can now also track executable dependencies. Up to now we were tracking our dependency on mockery via bingo. This commit moves that to a 'go tool' dependency, which gets us rid of bingo. Obviously this require bumping the go version to 1.24 For details see https://tip.golang.org/doc/go1.24#tools

When renaming the decomposedfs modules we forgot to adjust the mockery.yaml.
Also let's get rid of the
bingotooling.
