[ Upstream commit 6a1e5a4 ] When 'nicstar_init_one' fails, 'ns_init_card_error' will be executed for error handling, but the correct memory free function should be used, otherwise it will cause an error. Since 'card->rsq.org' and 'card->tsq.org' are allocated using 'dma_alloc_coherent' function, they should be freed using 'dma_free_coherent'. Fix this by using 'dma_free_coherent' instead of 'kfree' This log reveals it: [ 3.440294] kernel BUG at mm/slub.c:4206!
