agnet loop understanding

Hi folks,
I have a doubt regarding tool call. Let's say I have triage agent, which respond with tool call for some particular query. Tool call updates the 'context' object. Afterthat, what does happen?

1. Again triage agent is triggered until we get some final output.
2. It directly handoff to some agent.
