How to reproduce:

  1. Open document that contains screen with callouts
  2. Zoom in enough that not the entire page width fits into your PDF viewer or use a viewer that allows panning even when the entire page width fits.
  3. Click a callout description

=> The viewer pans up and right.

Expected:
Viewer pans up only.

I.e. we should set the X coordinate of the link target to 0. Might be ugly to fix.

Confirmed issue in 2022
