Description
Fedora is preparing for the next Python release and currently testing packages with Python 3.13.0b1. It turns out one of the tests is failing with Python 3.13. I'm not entirely sure if this is an issue with bioframe
or with pandas
. I'm reporting it here as a starting point and for awareness. We are using version 2.2.1 of pandas
.
