test layer::tests::tracing_appender_inside_tracing_crate_context has been running for over 60 seconds
test layer::tests::tracing_appender_standalone_with_tracing_log has been running for over 60 seconds

Noticed the above few times. Likely live-loop caused by telemetry induced telemetry. Unsure why it's not consistent. Opening an issue to investigate and fix.
