Does ValueRecorder work with PrometheusMetricsExporter?

Hi
I'm using the 0.13b version of opentelemetry and when using the ConsoleMetricsExporter exporter, I can use a ValueRecorder with no problem, but if I change the exporter to the prometheus one, I can't.
There's any limitation on this exporter? If so, how could one use ValueRecorder?

This should be supported via this PR, it just hasn't been released yet. I will be doing a release by the end of tomorrow.
