Some components have owners listed in the .github/component_owners.yml file, and some (like opentelemetry-instrumentation-httpx) don't. The merge requests for the later don't get reviewers automatically assigned and they remain unreviewed for ages. What is the process to contribute to them? How can I bring attention to a merge request?
