Create OpAMP Bridge CRD in the operator

Now that we have the operator-opamp-bridge, we need to actually create the corresponding CRD in the operator so that cluster operators can install it.

• Allow the operator to reconcile the remote configuration CRD
• Add documentation the operator about the RemoteConfiguration CRD
