Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

aws.log.group.names is used to link Xray traces to cloudwatch logs.

Right now no resource detector is populating this resource attribute.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like that each resource detector to populate the aws.log.group.names using a stable approach (i.e.: does not rely on weak conventions).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Here we have an example of implementation that had to be abandoned because is based on weak conventions: #533

Closing issue as it is not possible to create resource attributes that reliable detect log groups across all environments.
