rate(trpc_io_server_completed_rpcs{job="otlp", service_name="privateassist"}[5m])

I found that every time there was a service change, the metrics would jitter. How is this circumvented and resolved?

There are two containers in the POD, one is the main container, and the other is the container for the agent to report metrics.
