[docs] Provide explicit guidance on how to configure server-like receivers in common environments

After #8510 we have received questions like open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/issues/33896 about how to configure server-like receivers, specially in containerized environments.

To provide guidance for people, we can write a common doc to link from all server-like receivers and extensions where we document our recommended approach on common setups (e.g. Kubernetes or Docker compose) where networking is a bit harder.
