(DigiDoc4j) Subindication is missing if there is more than 24 hours difference between OCSP and time-stamp issuance times #13

The DigiDoc4j library doesn't return a "Subindication" value in the validation report, if the file to be validated has more than 24 hours difference between OCSP and time-stamp issuance times.

This is still present in SIVA 3.2.0 although it is claimed to be solved in Digidoc4j.
