Would probably be useful to have data about historical weather patterns throughout the watershed area, since (I assume) the Maumee river is the major source of runoff (at least near Toledo / the western part of the lake).

Maybe use Dark Sky weather api and pull data using towns in the watershed as locations (see map: https://www.researchgate.net/figure/303466847_fig1_Figure-1-The-Maumee-River-and-watershed-spans-25-counties-in-3-states-and-drains)
