The CyAN project by EPA, NASA, NOAA, USGS is using data from the Ocean Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) on the Sentinel-3 and Sentinel-2 satellites. This data appears to be freely available from ESA:
https://scihub.copernicus.eu/
