Define a basic set of npm security scripts

To improve the security of the generated application, we could include some scripts in the scaffolding to check several security points.

I added it to conclude it in the generated template, but now that you ask it, perhaps it makes sense to add it in both places. Anyone we may start by adding it to the generated template.
