This version is a conversion of the original code to c++.
This version provides interface to the library from the following languages:
  c++
  python
  Octave

Building the package requires bjam from the Boost.Build component of the Boost
project.  The python bindings require Boost.Python.

Versioning:
  The last number in the version string will indicate minor revisions while the
  other numbers will indicate significantly increased/changed capability.
