Update: I had installed the file contents into the SD card incorrectly. I unzipped the parent file into the SD card as opposed to the file contents themselves. Once I did that it installed right away and I was able to activate Car Play and navigation! For anyone who sees this, the file system should look like this: F:/metainfo2.txt NOT like this: F:/mib-std2-pq-zr-toolbox-master/metainfo2.txt |

Just as the title says. I have an SD card formatted to Fat 32 with a single primary partition. I put the unzipped mib-std2 tool folder into the root of the SD card. I have GEM 3.5 firmware, so I replaced the "CPU" folder as per the instructions. When I put the SD into my MIB unit and go to the service menu, I click software update, I select "SD" under media source and then update. As soon as I hit update, I get the unsupported media error message. I've tried two SD cards, I've tried re-formatting and re-importing the tool onto the card multiple times. Same result every single time. What am I doing wrong here? Can anyone help?
My software train is: MST2_US_VW_ZR_P0245T
Part number: 3Q0035876
