Move horizontal scrollbar under bottom calculation row

I have a table with a bottomCalc row. The table width is often wider than the screen (due to number and width of columns), so a horizontal scrollbar appears between the table rows and the bottomCalc row.

Describe the solution you'd like
The horizontal scrollbar should not be placed between the table rows and the bottom row calculation, but instead should be moved under the bottom row calculation (if there is any).

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm currently using css to hide the existing scrollbar and making my own scrollbar under the table footer, but it's hacky and still doesn't work exactly as the "normal" scrollbar.
