Moving the indexes progressively to an other filegroup

Hello,

I often audit clients for optimization. Often their base are only on the PRIMARY filegroup. I often propose them to create a new filegroup of 8 index files, but the manipulation to move them can be heavy depending on the size of the database. I thought it would be interesting to propose this move in the maintenance job.
