I want new tabs to be opened in the next tab by default. Using ctrl+t works as expected, while using ex command tabopen in pentadactyl will always open new tab in the last tab. I did not find any settings to that. Moreover, browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent can not be modified after tree style tabs is enabled.
