Creating new tab doesn't scroll list down in vertical mode

Sometimes, on opening new tab ("+" button) being in vertical mode, it opens down under (+) button and needs manual scrolling to show it properly. I don't think it's a normal behavior. I'm using extension on Palemoon browser under Windows 7.

@Psycho-A It happened to me before. As I recall I exited the browser, removd webappsstore.sqlite, launched the browser and the issue was gone.

I also regularly remove webappsstore.sqlite whenever it's higher than 2-3MB.
Many times I kill palemoon.exe so maybe this is the reason I get issues like this.

Didn't help for me. First 2-3 times it looks normal, but then starts appear random times again.

Have you tried reproducing this issue on a clean/fresh profile ?

@Psycho-A do you use TMP addon for Pale Moon [Pale Moon - Add-ons - Tab Mix Plus - https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/tab-mix-plus/ ] ?
I don't remember when exactly I installed this addon but maybe somehow it fixed the issue (because I think I haven't encountered the issue since then)
