1. community templates cannot pull down "request 400 error"
2. environments can connect but do not show in "manage environments" , EDIT .. Shows after restarted but does not let you manage it
   HTTP client error: failed to register: HTTP 404: 404 Not Found - {"error":"API endpoint not found: /api/agents/register","success":false}
   I see no way to register an API on the server side
