Clicking on the XML file in manifest. py will redirect you to, builtins.pyi , This is definitely not right,
I hope to jump to the specified file,

Actually, as XML files are not handled by the LSP, all features about XML is not available for now.
But don't worry, it's in our plans and it will be included in a future version of the tool !
