The help around Canvas card manipulation (arranging, connecting, etc.) makes no reference about how to perform the mobile-specific gestures required for these actions. For example consider the Arrange cards help.

This is an area where the user is left completely in the dark re: an otherwise undiscoverable process. On iPad in particular, even using an external pointing device (mouse, trackpad) doesn’t permit the usual context-menu interactions. The mobile gestures are always required.

Expected solution
All Canvas operations with mobile-specific gestures have those interactions clearly described in the help. This includes fully spelling out all required sequences of touch such as:

  • To move a card, long-press on the card, then without lifting your finger, drag the card to the desired location.
  • To connect cards, long-press on the card, lift your finger, then tap and drag out a connection line from one of the connection dots in the middle of the card’s sides.
  • To deselect a card, tap on the Canvas’ background.

and so forth. I have no idea whether I know all of the relevant gestures, so I’m leaving this part deliberately open-ended, noting that the docs should have complete coverage.

I will be doing a large mobile pass in November and December, so we'll hold off on this until then. :)
