Update Chinese Translation

Hi I'm going to take on an update for zh translation on this. If there's any in-progress work please let me know. This may take weeks to catch up with the latest en help docs.

I do have some teams changes coming up, see #692. But this is not a high priority as it will be using existing content.

The teams update is done. I'll continue doing further updates as I go, but the main scaffolding and file structure is in. The most important page is the commercial license page, honestly.
