fix(data-objectstack,app-shell): raise the @objectstack/spec floor to ^17.5.0, as ruled (objectui#11073 Q13 = A)
@object-ui/data-objectstack's bundle inlines @object-ui/core's filter
converter, which since 865a81d re-exports isRefusedTextComparand and
textComparandRefusalReason from @objectstack/spec/data. Those names exist
from 17.5.0 only, and the package still declared ^17.4.0:
check:spec-floors -- --cross-check read 2 floor-too-low findings, and its
answer was "@objectstack/spec": "^17.5.0" (objectui#5793).
@object-ui/app-shell rises too, under the same ruling: the designer's
screen form declares the create default that the spec applies only since
17.5.0, and objectui#9109 requires the two to be equal. Its zod floor
goes to ^4.6.1 with it, per the Q8 ruling. data-objectstack declares no
zod.
pnpm-lock.yaml: only the three importer specifiers change, regenerated
by pnpm install. Resolution census before and after: 895 importer
resolutions, same hash; 1767 packages keys and 1115 snapshots keys, same
hashes.
The 11073 changeset declares '@object-ui/data-objectstack': patch (the
objectui#10864 floor-raise precedent) with one bullet, and gains one
app-shell bullet; app-shell stays minor.
