ADR-0087 exemption (no-migration-prescription): nothing is renamed, retired or respelled: no metadata key, export or operator changes shape and no stored metadata is rewritten, so `objectstack migrate meta` has nothing to do; the author's remedy is to change which two columns a predicate compares, which is a change to the policy they meant, not to a spelling.
