At the very least it will definitely involve overwriting values of validators and contract address.

Then initialise all of those 4 entities using tags/0.10.2 to generate FRESH config file. Run your upgrade and make sure the entities work correctly

Note: in the case of mixnode, it should probably also say to use telegram bot to transfer to new testnet
