[Feature Request] UX improvement to avoid empty wallet when redeeming delegation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

if a wallet user is emptying his wallet to much, and he still has a delegation he cannot redeem as he has not enough tokens to pay for the fees.

Is your request a feature not related to an existing problem? A new feature.

• If the address has some active delegation, when transferring token to another address, the wallet should warn user to keep a minimum of token in the wallet.
