Attachments not displaying when the email has no content

If I receive an email where the sender has written no content, but has attached some files, the files are not displayed and are missing inside the email.

Maybe, another problem could be that when someone forwards to you an email with attachments, nylas doesn't get the attachments. But must be verified

Hello there! I am new here. I am having the same issue. Emails not showing the attachments. I forwarded myself the same email and the forwarded email does show the attachment. Also the email has no text. The attachments are pdfs. Is there any information I can provide from the mails not showing the attachment to help solve this issue?
