initial: Initial commits in

The project got under version control only after ~3 years. This tag contains the initial commits (every project was commited separately).
The Android project is under development yet; it's state at this point:
* Main page - ~ok
* AppBar - items exist, ClickHandlers not implemented
* BookBlock ctx menu - items exist, ClickHandlers not implemented
* (WCF client proxy) - Most services ready, a few also can work without internet connection with mock data
