Many API families such as api.marks operate globally.

Add options to all API that are window specific to take a winid.

      • {winid}          (number)         apply to the specified winid, otherwise first currently visible

This will be functional, however the fallback will be current behaviour.

A wrapper similar to node may be the solution.
