Is it possible to have the file explorer only display git branch buffers?

I typically review a lot of merge requests, and sometimes it's helpful to clone down the code and step through it. Is there any way based on existing functionality that I could only have the files that were modified within a given branch appear in nvim tree rather than displaying all of the unrelated files within the directory?
