FEATURE: Show filtered files as normal when not hidden

I would like to see the files that are hidden as normal files instead of seeing them with a diferent color

A way or a option to make them appear without the highlighting effect with the file icon looking the correct way

Make at least the icon look the correct way

I tried clearing the highlighting and messing with it but couldn't find a solution

@Joao-Queiroga Have you tried setting the NeoTreeDotfile highlight group? You can use the mouse to put the cursor on top of the hidden filenames and use :Inspect to check the highlight group, but IIRC all of the hidden highlight groups are linked to NeoTreeDotfile.

I tried clearing the group, but if I do that or set the guifg=normal it just uses my default foreground color(#F8F8F2) for both the name and the icon.

I think you would need to override the built-in icon and name components to remove the logic that applies special highlighting to hidden files. You can do that in user config or someone can add the option to the built-in components. I'm not sure if that option should be in the per component config or specified in the filtered_items config...
