[create-nuxt]: derive package manager from initial command

Hello! :)

When trying:

npm create nuxt@latest

...there is a step that asks "Which package manager would you like to use?"

Was wondering if it is a good idea to derive from the package manager initially used.

For example:

• npm create nuxt@latest -> use npm
• pnpm create nuxt@latest -> use pnpm

etc.
