HDF5

Hi, not sure if this crate is maintained at all - but in any case, just letting you know that the existing `hdf5` crate has been yanked from crates index and is now replaced with https://github.com/aldanor/hdf5-rust (under the same name, `hdf5`, but it's a completely different crate).
