Using buildable libs in publishable libs

Hello, is it possible to use an buildable lib in a publishable lib in an angular nx monorepo?

After releasing and installing the publishable lib into an application I get the error "Could not resolve "buildable-lib"".

When I see my build process from the publishable lib, i see that the buildable lib first is getting compiled, but how can I manage to integrate it to my publishable lib? Is there any info about that topic?
