According to Unicode’s 2022-03-31 erratum, U+A66E CYRILLIC LETTER MULTIOCULAR O should have ten eyes, not seven, and the whole glyph should be lower. L2/22-002 has more information.

1. Middle row should be in line with small letters.
2. It should have 10 eyes if font design permits.
3. Serif italic was not italicized.
4. Leave seven eyes in Mono, just make them smaller in height and lower in Y.
