how to call stbir_resize_uint8_linear function

Hi
I use the following code to call stbir_resize_uint8_linear function, however, the ouptut image is not correct.
the questions are:

1. My input image is BGR 3 channel. what is the input_stride_in_bytes parameters for the function?
2. I use opencv to distplay the image, what is the stbir_pixel_layout parameter?
