Can't get the plugin to work!

I followed your guide for other issue but can't get it to work

I got this from my console tab

In your console tab, please scroll to top to see pengu log.

The plugin is loaded properly.
If you dont see any tooltips in champselect (custom ARAM), try restarting the client.

I did restart the client multiple time + restart my pc too but can't get it too work

maybe any client setting that I needed to turn on?

Did it work before? Idk what issue you are facing.

It's never work lmao I've try looking around discord and github but no luck, other plugin work fine tho
