mobility.bz.it / mobility.meran.eu not responsive?

@stefanocudini @RudiThoeni are the applications that I am seeing when I open the application through mobile device the same as when I open through a browser? I don't think so. For example mobility.bz.it on mobile does not show the logo of the Municipality of Bolzano. Can you please check?

The applications are the same, but strange on the mobile browser it shows to me the meran logo both on mobility.bz.it and mobility.meran.eu............ on the normal browser it works

i think on mobile the element
<img class="brandLogo" src="data:image/png;base64,....."> is hidden and only the text in
<span class="navbar-brand">Merano <span>BETA</span></span>
is shown

it is testable also with chrome dev tools using the mobile mode + Refresh...

we are trying to fix this with other fixes inside journey, we should include it in one of the next PRs
