Our community channels come and go, and as this PR proves, they will likely always be outdated. I also simply do not believe that users regularly come to our IRC by reading through the POSIX man page and then actually resolve their problem there. Hence, I'd prefer to just remove any communication channels other than GitHub and our website: #53344
