This PR implements a minimal reproduction for a bug that seems to be happening in the
ClientHTTP2Sessionimplementation.When sending a header exceeding the max threshold from the server to the client, the client seem to hang indefinitely.
I am not sure how to debug the issue further, but with the right documentation I might have a look.
This is my first PR in node, I'm sorry if I broke some contributing guidelines.
