tools: decrease timeout in test.py #32868

This fixes the following crash on Windows for me. I don't know why this I only started to see this now, but anyway, the new timeout value is still longer than a week and a half. It looks weird to me that this harmless value (neither INT_MAX or any power of 2) would cause an overflow!
Woo! Yeah, I started getting this a little over week ago also. No idea why and didn't really have an opportunity to investigate. |
