I'd like to nominate @codebytere as a collaborator.
Shelly attended the collaborator summit and expressed interest in getting involved in the release team. In the last two weeks they have already opened 4 PRs. They are currently blocked in their ability to help with backporting by not having a commit bit. I plan to personally mentor them.
