Brian has agreed to this nomination and has been invited to participate in the io.js TC meetings for a few weeks in a non-voting capacity.
Brian has a very long history with Node, he's been contributing to core for 5 years now (his first recorded commit is ab5c0dd) and is very active in the community with 57 packages in npm and is a regular presence on the Node.js and io.js IRC channels. He's also become one of the most active contributors to io.js so is a logical addition to the TC.
