Are we scheduling this as a one off? Just want to make sure I get this in my calendar so I don't forget or think it is just a normal meeting (which if I have work conflicts I usually skip).

@sheplu et al -- it would be great to add desired "Outcomes" to the list of bullet points above as it will help us be more focused in scope.

For example, an outcome I would be interested in seeing would be an increase in maintainers.

I think this issue is the best place for discussing the planning of the deep dive.
