b244d.msi is showing during installation instead of Node.js

Description

I just downloaded the latest prebuilt installer from the official website but when I go through the installation process and get to the 'Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" page, I get b244d.msi as the application. I am not sure if this is something new, but I was expecting Node.js to be there.
